8. Personal indemnity in favour of Nick Garvey

8.1 each user indemnifies Nick Garvey against losses arising from their unlawful/negligent/fraudulent use, breach of the Statement, submitted material, IP/privacy infringement, defamation/harassment/misuse of data, or third-party claims from their acts;

8.2 indemnity does not apply to Nick's own fraud/deliberate wrongdoing or non-indemnifiable liability;

8.3 the indemnity protects Nick personally and creates no liability for any employer;

8.4 consumer protections preserved;

8.5 Nick may require separate written agreement for commercial use.

9. Existing and future Content

9.1 applies to all Content before/on/after effective date;

9.2 applies to future Content including newsletters, downloads, embedded media and linked channels;

9.3 may be amended; version published at the time applies;

9.4 continued use constitutes acceptance where a binding agreement is formed.

10.2 no endorsement by Nick or any employer;

15. Severability

15.1 invalid provisions modified to minimum extent;

15.2 otherwise deleted, remaining provisions continue in force.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

16.1 governed by law of England and Wales;

16.2 courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to consumer rights.
